PRE-ORDER POLICY

When a popular Staple Swim collection sells out and is in high demand, we often bring out a pre-order to allow our customers to secure the stock. The pre-order wait time varies between 4-8 weeks but will always be specified in the product description.

 

Staple Swim Label offers free shipping Australia wide on orders over $80AUD. If you add an 'in stock' item to your pre-order and its value is over $80 - we will send out the non pre-order item straight away and a second parcel will be delivered to you when your pre-order arrives. 

 

If you add an 'in stock' item to your pre-order that is under $80 and you wish for it to be sent out straight away, feel free to reach out to our team at customerservice@stapleswimlabel.com and we can organise a shipping charge. If we don't hear from you, we will assume that you are happy for your order to be sent out all together once the pre-order stock arrives with free shipping.

 

To avoid any confusion, the best option is to just place a pre-order on its own, but we are always happy to help regardless!
